NEW setting's for your e-mail account 1. Open your mail
client - Ex: Outlook, Eudora, etc. 2. Click on tools
or accounts 3. Click to view settings
or modify accounts. 4. Highlight
mail.ziagold.net account or mail.swwn.net account 5. Edit
"username" to just username not the full email address 6. you may leave
your password alone unless you have changed it 7. You must have
the "My server requires Authentication" box checked. |

To immediately access your new mailbox on
the Web, please do the following: 1. Type or click http://ziagold.net:8383/
in your browser. 2. A password box will pop up. Enter USER
NAME (not your full e-mail address) and then enter your PASSWORD. Example below in item 4. 3. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE lowercase
WHEN TYPING IN YOUR USERNAME PASSWORD. THE PASSWORD BOX IS CASE SENSITIVE! 4. If you use a software mail client such as OUTLOOK or OUTLOOK
EXPRESS, you will need to make one change. Your username now must not be your ENTIRE
e-mail address just your user name. EX: yourusername@swwn.net
would be your “username” with out the @swwn.net This would be the same for Ziagold users 6. You must have the "My server
requires Authentication" box checked. 7. Click OK or APPLY to save settings. It's that simple! Note: the settings below are not correct or updated |

1) By WEBMAIL. Each account comes
with it's own HORDEMAIL WEB client. Which means you
can access your email from ANYWHERE in the world! Simply point your browser
to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/. 2) For OUTLOOK and OUTLOOK EXPRESS users. Simple edit
your POP3 E-Mail software to automatically retrieve your email. Simply configure
your email software for a POP3 Email Account with the following information
below: Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.YOURDOMAIN.xxx
